I’ve had John (owner) and his crew correct three water concerns (two in basement and one at outside porch) at my home. John immediately identified the problem(s) correctly. He answers all questions clearly, and encourages you to pose questions to his approachable team when on site. Kevin, Tim and Josh worked efficiently, and with care, with excellent outcomes. I highly recommend this company. We had a leak in the basement and I called Wal-Tech. John (the owner) came out that evening to see what the problem was. He had it figured out within 10 minutes. He told me one of his men would be out Thursday morning at 8 a.m. and sure enough 8 a.m. Tim was there. The work was completed and no worrying or upsets and the basement is fixed. This company is in Strathroy and has a country personality rather than what you may experience in the City. They genuinely care, stick to their word and get’er done. I highly recommend Wal-Tech and I hope I don’t need to call them but if I do I won’t hesitate. Give them a try you won’t be disappointed.

We had a fairly good sized crack in our foundation that we discovered over the holidays this year. John quickly responded to my email during his time off and came to see the crack on his week off, he assured me that they could seal everything thing up, and the process they would take to do it. Within a few days Tim was onsite to start, he was awesome…he explained where he thought the crack was running and exactly what he was doing to fix it. I honestly can’t thank them enough, as a homeowner foundation cracks are one of the most stressful things to find, but having Wal-Tech respond eased my stress level. John is not satisfied until everything is dry, he is quick to respond to your request, his crew is very friendly, professional and leave a clean jobsite. John replied to my message immediately and was out to my house right away. He was able to find the leak in my basement that was related to my furnace!
